UPDATE: Bill to Protect Against Animal Cruelty to be Considered in House Committee

🚨UPDATE: A bill to protect our furry, four-legged friends from deplorable animal abuse overwhelmingly passed the Senate this month as SB 1234. After being transmitted to the House, a saddening effort to kill this legislation transpired. The bill is now being rebranded as SB 1658 and will be considered in House Government Committee Wednesday morning. Sponsor Senator Shawnna Bolick along with the Arizona Humane Society are calling on the House to do the right thing, on behalf of the millions of Arizona animal lovers and innocent pets in our state, by allowing this bill to reach the finish line.
