Felix Schultz - The Worst Teammate

The Schultz amusingly is a decent ship, but a terrible DD. It fulfills absolutely no roles that a DD should, spotting, cap control, engaging other DDs, torpedo zoning, etc, it's useless at all of it. It has one role alone, to farm damage with accurate AP shells. It's actually quite comfortable to play in that role, but don't expect this one to win games for you.
