One Day in Moab, Utah! | Arches & Canyonlands National Park + Corona Arch

Welcome back to another day in Moab, Utah! Our goal for the day was to visit the two most popular parks in the area - Arches & Canyonlands. We started the day by heading to Canyonlands National Park, which is just like it sounds - lots of canyons! We hiked the Grand View Point and the Green River overlook before heading to one of the most popular hikes in the area - Mesa Arch. Since we don't have a 4x4 car or off-roading capabilities, we weren't able to explore any of the areas before Island in the Sky. Our next stop was the more popular of the 2 parks in Moab - Arches National Park! We visited landscape arch and the windows sections, we HIGHLY recommend both of these! We put off visiting Delicate arch because of how busy the area was, with plans to come back the next day.
By the time we got to Arches the next day, the park was closed due to capacity! We didn't' know this park was closing when they were full, which is our mistake for not keeping up with current regulations. Instead of leaving the area early, we decided to do one last arch-related hike - Corona Arch (we thought the name was too fitting for the time we're in). This was a pretty hot hike and there was a lot of direct exposure to the sun, but the reward was totally worth it! Corona Arch turned out to be one of our favorite arches we saw, it just wasn't as popular since it's not in Arches National Park.
