Hemisphere Corporation Sdn Bhd (HEMiSPHERE) under the Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kemena Global Sdn Bhd (KGSB) this morning at our Dewan Asajaya.

The main purpose of the signing is to establish cooperation and explore opportunities for business collaboration in the hotel industry.

Under HEMiSPHERE, SEDC can expand their business operations in the hotel industry with the assist of KGSB who has been the prominent key player in the Sarawak's construction market segment.

Apart from Grand Margherita Hotel, HEMiSPHERE is also managing another 3 of SEDC hotels which are Riverside Majestic Hotel, Riverside Majestic Hotel Astana Wing and Damai Beach Resort. Besides that, Insiders Club App is also owned by HEMiSPHERE and it is known to be the first digital loyalty mobile application in Malaysia.

SEDC together with KGSB will continue to work closely as they share the same goals and objectives in keeping their organisations to move forward despite the ongoing pandemic.
