CONCEPT S (EN)

Minus 25 percent CO2 thanks to sophisticated aerodynamics: MAN Concept S a radical departure from usual truck design. A drastic reduction of fuel consumption and CO2 emission by diesel trucks is possible and can be implemented in a short space of time. This is conclusively demonstrated by a design study from MAN Nutzfahrzeuge being shown for the first time at the IAA 2010 in Hanover. With its Concept S, MAN makes a contribution to the current discussion on the statutory length restrictions applying to commercial vehicles in Europe.
