How Im Dealing with Hashimotos/hypothyroidsm

Dealing with hashimotos is something I am JUST NOW figuring out. I went YEARS with all of the symptoms and wish I could go back and focus on my health. I hope this is helpful for someone who is having the same symptoms and doesn't know what the heck is wrong with them. Or for someone who already has hashimotos and doesn't really know how serious the untreated symptoms are.
