Hey ya'll! Welcome to my channel!

I am SO excited about today's video because I am going to be doing a Kombucha challenge - where I drink a GT's Kombucha every day for a week! I have been drinking kombucha, GT's specifically, for a few years now and I am the biggest believer in this heaven sent elixir, as I like to call it anyway!
Kombucha has so, so, SO many health benefits and I can't wait to share my experience with you guys.
A few years ago, I suffered (for months and months) with a womanly issue/illness that many of my doctors and gynecologists could not figure out or cure with medication, antibiotics, gels, supplements, etc. I decided to take things into my own hands, did some research and discovered kombucha. I have not looked back since and I haven't had any of those issues since either!

With everything that is going on in the world with this health crisis - it is more important now than ever to ensure that we're nourishing our bodies and supporting our immune system. Kombucha does just that for me.
