Craftsman v20 lithium batteries not charging and replaced under 3 year warranty

Recently several of my Craftsman v20 lithium batteries (CMCB202, CMCB204, CMCB205) died as well as my Craftsman 150 Watt inverter/worklight (CMCB1150B). I am in the process of transitioning from gas and corded tools to Craftsman V20 battery powered tools so the batteries are used and recharged quite often.
The charge indicator on the batteries indicated a full charge but they failed to power my Craftsman V20 cordless tools. The inverter failed to power on. I tried balancing a couple of batteries and they still did not power the tools. Since the V20 batteries come with a 3 year warranty, I contacted Craftsman through their website and inititiated a warranty clain. Within hours I had received confirmation that they would send out replacements in a couple of weeks. They just needed proof of purchase and a photo of the battery showing version and model. Talk about super customer service. Replacement batteries arrived in 5 days.
