Enjoy a bbq cooking Masterclass with Top Weber Chef Richard Holden. Filmed live at Riverside (the largest Weber store in the U.K.). Learn how to cook a 3 course meal on a range of Weber BBQs.

Includes a demonstration on how to roast on a bbq, bake on a bbq, grill on a bbq and smoke on a bbq.

Richard cooks a Chateaubriand for two, with the slow cooked beef fillet smoked with Whiskey wood chips, then seared on lump wood charcoal. King scallops and king prawns, cold roasted sweet potatoes, garlic and butter filled mushrooms and cherry wood paper infused cherry tomatoes, with a little bit of salt and pepper and dried oregano complete the dish. All cooked on a bbq!
