Book TV: Mahmood Mamdani "Saviors and Survivors"
Mahmood Mamdani talks about the roots of the conflict in Darfur and argues that while atrocities have been committed, what is happening there has been mischaracterized as genocide by the Save Darfur movement. Professor Mamdani spoke at Howard University's Ralph Bunche Center for International Affairs at an event hosted by Africa Action and Howard University's African Studies Department.
