Women suing for cancer diagnosis after using hair relaxers
A lawsuit launched in 2022 claims many hair relaxers use chemicals that may be linked to uterine cancer diagnoses. Mike Spector, a U.S. corporate crisis correspondent at Reuters, joins CBS News with more on the lawsuit that claims these products were overwhelmingly marketed to women of color.
