The website used to recover the video is findyoutubevideoDOTthetechroboDOTca. It utilizes archiveDOTorg to pull the video from their records. If the video you’re looking for was archived at any point in time, then there is a slight chance they have a cached version of it. All you need is the link to the original video for it to work. My success rate has been 50/50. Videos that had more than a million views at the time of their deletion seem to be more successful. This method works for any YouTube video. Whether deleted by the author, YouTube’s moderators for copyright infringement or changed to private.
