Ingredients:

For eggless vanilla cake:
7 inch round cake mould
1 + 1/4 cup all purpose flour/maida
1/4 cup milk powder
1+ 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp vinegar

For sugar syrup:
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water

For cream frosting:
1cup chilled whipped cream
2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp red food colour

For garnishing:
silver balls
rainbow sprinkles

[1 cup= 240ml ]
