帶子芝士雞蛋

帶子五粒 (細火煮三分鐘)
餐桌鹽 ⅛ tsp
雞蛋五隻
水 30ml
橄欖油 2 tsp
芝士粒 20 gram
杞子五粒 (用熱水浸五分鐘)
車厘茄5粒

Ingredients

Scallop Cheese Eggs

Five pcs of scallops (cook for three minutes on low heat)
Table salt ⅛ tsp X 2
Five eggs
Water 30ml
Olive oil 2 tsp
20 grams of diced cheese
5 pcs of Lycium (soak in hot water for 5 minutes)
Cherry Tomato 5 pcs
