Chris is currently practicing on his lunch break at his job...trying to improve his skills. Now he can get some practice at home too.
In this video, I found some settings I liked for 1/4" (6.1mm) thick aluminum.
80hz, AC balance set to 25%, machine set to 195 using foot pedal worked best for me.
For the 1/8" (3.2mm) aluminum angle, 130 amps, 120 hz, bal set to 30 worked well and let me use a sharp point on the electrode.
