This video shows the process I had to go through to get a current and supported operating system on a 2006 polycarbonate Black Macbook 1,1 - Installed Lubuntu 18.10 after jumping from 16.04. I can use this laptop again to stream music, watch a youtube video, browse the web, word processing, and complete other low demand tasks. A big improvement with the dated operating system from 2009.
