Mark Eaton - Paint Guardian

Mark Eaton, drafted as the 72nd pick in the 4th round of the 1982 NBA draft. Mark stands 7 feet 4 inches tall making him one of the tallest players to ever play the game. He was somewhat of a late bloomer, getting drafted at the age of 26. But his skill was definitely there, holding the single season block record at 5.6 blocks a game in the 1984-85 season. He lead the league in blocks 4 times, and won defensive player of the year twice in '85 and '89. Over a 10 year career, all with the Utah Jazz, he averaged 6 PPG, 7.9 RPG and 3.5 BPG. He is one of the best paint defenders this game has ever seen .
