CANNED SALSA! THE EASY WAY!

Did you know canning can be this easy 😬! Our family has been canning like this for generations. ✨ FUN FACT: green tomatoes don’t need to be peeled for salsa canning!! They’re also so tart you don’t need to add lime, making the canning process so much easier!

I had quite of bit of green tomatoes left from our last harvest. We love having a taste of summer all year long and what better way to do that then to make salsa! This recipe is our favorite and my go to ! My mother in law shared it with me. Amazingly she raised 12 kiddos and definitely knows how to cook! This lady has tested her fair share of recipes!
