Why Instagram hurts creativity and what's actually important

Have you been feeling creatively drained lately? A lot of artists have been feeling burned out and I suspect there's a common culprit. In this video I'll share some thoughts on how I'm assessing my relationship with social media, in particular Instagram, and what I shift my focus to when I need to take a step back.
