BOOTY & ABS at home workout!

Hi guys!! In the spirit of the new year, I wanted to share my favorite booty & ab workouts that are super easy, require no equipment, and give you immediate results! It can be really hard to get into a new workout routine or pick back up when you haven't worked out in a while but you can aways start with something!! On my lazy days when I feel unmotivated, I try to at least squeeze in a couple of these workouts so I accomplish something. 15 minutes of working out every day/every other day, is always better than doing nothing!! :)

My Workout -
BOOTY:
1. Squats - 10reps x 2-3 sets
2. Side Leg Raises - 10 reps x 2-3 sets
3. Ballet Leg Circles - 10 reps x 2-3 sets
ABS:
1. Single Leg Jack-Knife - 20 reps x 2-3 sets
2. Bicycles - 20 reps x 2-3 sets
3. Cherry Pickers - 40 reps x 2-3 sets
4. Pushups & Plank - 10 reps + 45seconds/until failure
ALWAYS STRETCH when you finish!
