I'm a HUGE advocate for African Americans in finance. I feel there's truly a lack of finance focused individuals in our community. I took notice to TradingPDF CVM (Tori) a while back. She's been doing her thing for a while, fairly new to the industry but she's figured out her path. Now dominating. I would love to not only see more African American male and females, but A LOT more females involved in finance.

The finance game is primarily a MALE dominant industry, this interview goes into the mind of a forex insitutional trader. I asked some unique questions, and she had the chance to as well...
