2 thumb size ginger
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 medium size onion
1 kg of mussels/tahong
2 stalks of lemongrass
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
1 & 1/2 liter of water
1 big size of chayote
1 tbsp of fish sauce
dahon ng sili (accdg to your preferences)
4pcs green chili
