Poland Apartment Purchase

We’ve been trying to return to Europe the past two years-having previously lived overseas at different times since 1999. Having a trusted local agent-a local national-is imperative! Different people said they would help, but no one came through for us. We had given up until we met Iwona Kakareko while we lived in Williamsburg, VA, from 2015-2019. Without Iwona’s help, we doubt we would be living in Poland today! However, no one knew what waited as the Corona Virus made its way around the world! Americans had two flights to leave Poland as the EU and US shut their borders. We had worked so hard to complete the residency applications-we felt so strongly we could not give up...even in the face of a pandemic! And so, we wait...as the virus has killed hundreds of thousands of people globally, daily flights to the US have not resumed, and life seems to be on hold. But for Holiday Fishers, we are figuring out how to live-in the face of adversity! Stay tuned!
