HOW TO MAKE THE BEST BEEF AND VEGETABLE SAUCE/STIRFRY/EASY STEP BY STEP METHOD/CHINESE BEEF STIRFRY

This delicious and easy beef vegetable sauce is the absolute truth. it is filled with different types of colourful vegetables which makes it palatable and highly nutritious. I used very soft beef which makes the beef melt in your mouth and so so delicious. This beef vegetable sauce is definitely better than any take out from your favourite restaurant. if you want to impress your friends and family, then this beef and vegetable sauce is the sure way to go.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BEEF AND VEGETABLE SAUCE

425g beef
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 1/2 tablespoons soysauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Seasoning powder to taste
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
3 bell peppers (green, red and yellow bell pepper each )
1/2 tablespoon freshly cracked bell pepper
spring onions
2 Carrots
2 large onions

corn flour slurry
1 tablespoon of cornflour
1/2 cup water
