Philonise Floyd delivered a heartfelt tribute to his late brother, George, at his memorial service held at North Central University in Minneapolis on Thursday, recalling stories about how much he touched their family throughout his life. George died last month after former police officer Derek Chauvin knelt on his neck for over eight minutes.
