Ready to file a form with USCIS?

Make sure you pay the correct filing fee. You can pay fees with a money order, check, or cashier's check. For some forms you can also use a credit card. If you write us a check, make sure you make it payable to the US Department of Homeland Security.

Also, make sure the date is written in the month/date/year format. Before you mail us your form, check that you are sending it to the right place.
