No repeat No Equipment HIIT workout // DIEHARD 30 minute follow Along

In this Challenging “No repeat No Equipment HIIT workout” we will push it to the LIMITS! We will have 36x movements in total. We will perform each movement for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between the exercises. After the first 18x exercises we will have a 50 seconds water-Break and after that we will continue the workout.

Make sure that you do a proper warming up before the workout!

You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by doing this routine for 2x times in a row.
