Introduction to Planck Units

Planck Units as a special case of natural units are very important for theoretical Physics, for example in General Relativity, as they simplify expressions a lot. Natural units work under the assumption that natural constants are set to 1. For Planck units the vacuum speed of light, Newton's gravitational constant, the reduced Planck constant, the Boltzmann constant and the Coulomb constant are set to 1. In the video, I explain what exactly is meant by "set to 1" and how Planck units arise from that assumption. I show how conversion factors are obtained and quickly explain why Planck units are useful.
