$15 vs $170 Bourbon: Can You Taste the Difference in Cocktails?

Which bourbon should you be using for your cocktails? Today we’re putting three bottles to the test: Clarke’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon at just $15, Maker’s Mark at $40, and Blanton’s Single Barrel at $170. We’ll start with an Old Fashioned, then move on to Whiskey Sours to see how the addition of lemon juice and egg white affects the final result. To keep things fair, we’ll score each cocktail based on aroma, flavor, texture, aftertaste, and whether we’d order it again.
