Grilled Beef Tongue

Beef Tongue might sound scary to most, but it's actually quite popular in Asia. It tastes like beef but with a texture to it. You can add it to hot pot, BBQ, grill or even stir-fry. In this recipe we will grill it with a citrus ponzu sauce.

Grilled Beef Tongue:

3 pounds beef tongue, cleaned and sliced
salt
black pepper

Dipping Sauce
-----------------------
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
2 tablespoons Ponzu sauce (or lemon juice with soy sauce)
black pepper
salt
