Nitro Stunt Racing: Hands On @ Loopings

Hello! :D

So what I'm doing here is essentially a sort of fail commentary about this game, Nitro Stunt Racing. If you don't already get the idea ... TRY THE DEMO. seriously. It's a good game and needs more players.

What it's about in a nutshell: Construct a car out of a combination of fighter jet, offroad buggy, and open-wheel racer. Whack two great rocket engines on the back, set the cars up to have so much downforce that they can take loops at 200km/h, then let them loose on some stunt-park-themed race courses.

Unrealstic? Yes. Fun? Very.

Essentially this is about me trying to give a demonstration of some of the tracks as well as each individual car; I explain randomly in each video but mention I will add more detail and data regarding the tracks and cars in the descriptions. So:
___

Track overview:

Name: Loopings
Type: Aerobatic
Length: 3.9 kilometers
Average lap time: 57-58s
Highest attainable ground speed (excludes drafting): 276-280km/h
Highest attainable air speed: N/A (no jumps)
Main Cause of Attrition: Engine damage
Track Difficulty: Low - the track is straight forwards and there are no sudden surprises as there are always brief straight before and after every loop.
AI Challenge: High - practice is necessary to beat the faster AI as they're a real challenge on this track and mistakes can prove costly.

Loopings is the first track in the game and by far one of the simplest; it consists of several short and long straights interconnected by sweeping bends and a set of four loop-de-loops. Average speed is high, the cars maintaining around 250-260 km/h except for two corners, one of which is a hairpin which requires perfect entry to negotiate.
Cars are set up for speed which sees the faster vehicles reach 280km/h at several points and in a tow after the 4th loop can get above 290 and beyond. No jumps means the emphasis is on perfect corner negotiation and braking, and the narrow and walled circuit makes overtaking difficult; collisions on loops are common and can be deadly if you slow down too much and fall off of them.

___

Car Overview:

Name: Primal
Handling: Neutral (slight but controllable oversteer)
Acceleration: 4
Top Speed: 7
Max Speed (Loopings): 281km/h
Road Holding: 7
Aerial handling: 3
Difficulty: Medium

The Primal is the first car in the game, and is a good car for beginners to get to grips with the physics in. In a straight line it's the quickest thing, although this is poorly offset by its mediocre acceleration that sees it outclassed by most other vehicles on most tracks. Needless to say in the right hands it's still a quick machine and its neutral handling makes it a good testing ground for those new to the game and for those who want to learn the tracks.
Its main weakness is its poor aerial ability, meaning that most aerial shortcuts will be difficult if not impossible without an adequate tow from another F-Jet. Its strength lying in its pulling power, it's best utilised on circuits where speed is key - such as Twisted Iron.
