Don't Hug Me I'm Scared Explained In Gumball? - Inside A Mind

The amazing World of Gumball has collaborated with Don't Hug Me I'm Scared or DHMIS for short (Becky Sloan and Joe Pelling). The creators of Don't Hug Me I'm Scared went into The Amazing World of Gumball's writers room during May 2016, one month before Don't Hug Me I'm Scared 6 came out on June 19th 2016.

This episode of The Amazing World of Gumball gained my attention when I noticed some very big similarities between this episode and the original Don't Hug Me I'm Scared. To me it could be suggesting that this Amazing World of Gumball episode could be giving us the original meaning Becky and Joe had for Don't Hug Me I'm Scared. The theory I'm going to suggest actually makes sense of a lot of things in Don't Hug Me I'M Scared, such as 19th June, The party references, and to me explains why Don't Hug Me I'm Scared usually ends in complete horror.

I'm presenting this Amazing World of Gumball/Don't Hug Me I'm Scared theory to see what everyone thinks. It's probably bad, I don't know, we'll have to see.
