I've always loved these buff bread animals from Instagram (credit @konel_bread) and realised they are perfect as squishies! The method was pretty straightforward however the character design is complex so that led to a few snags along the way. It was tricky getting the squishy out of the mould without ripping and I also had to experiment a bit with the best colouring/shading method. This was also the first time I used soft pastel dust to colour a squishy and I was pleasantly surprised how well it turned out. The major advantage is that you can cover a much larger area without it flaking off like paint. And the powder pigment helps with the natural stickiness of the squishy resin.
