the fish kill is way worse than we thought...

How it was for living with no power and heat during freezing temps in Texas. But it was way worse for the fish in Corpus Christi, Aransas Pass, and port Aransas.

Note: I personally thought there would not be this many fish dead in this area from the freeze. But obviously not all the fish are dead. Too be clear what you see in the video is the "highlights" of the hotspots of where I found the dead guys. There aren't dead fish everywhere you look but certain spots had quite a few. I found the trout off the edge and in the first drop offs of very large and shallow flats. I don't have any experience of past kills from freezes so I was not sure what to expect and I'm going into it with the same knowledge as most of y'all.

Personally I won't be fishing inshore for these guys until they warm up and I get a grasp of how the fishery is doing. The fish are coming up shallow when the sun is out to catch some warmth so I and hopefully others wont be running the boat on shorelines, grass lines and shallow drop-offs.
