DIY Decoupage Damask Vase With Rhinestones For My Mom/Decor Ideas (HD)

I made this vase for my beautiful mother. It was not easy to decoupage because of the shape of the vase but take your time and it is possible. What I used:
1.) Glass Vase, I bought this one at Stop & Shop from the floral department.
2.) Apple Barrel Matte White

the 4oz ones are only .50 each but you can only buy them at the store.
3.) Mod Podge I use the glossy one
4.) Paint Brushes
5.) Pouncer Brushes

9.) Clear Gloss

10.) 3 cups of water (One for paint, One for Glue brush, and one clean water for separating the napkin)
11.) Matching paint. I took a napkin to
Lowes and had them mix and match paint for me.
