Hey guys, so in this video we go through the very real risks of preconstruction condos and how high prices per square foot and long completion cycles can not only hurt your finances and your ultimate investment, but they can also stress you out and make you worried for a very long time about whether your investment is going to make you money or not. Resale is still probably a better way to go if you can arrange a mortgage these days especially with record low interest rates and the ability to negotiate, choose the unit you want and actually live in or rent out and start paying down your principal as soon as possible seems like a better investment and if you're buying cheaper than brand new condos, to me it's a no brainer and you should definitely work with a seasoned pro so they can guide you to success in condo investing here in the city.
