RVing in the Florida Everglades - Flamingo Campground Overview #rvlife #camping #everglades

We made it the Everglades National Park and stayed deep in the heart of the park at the Flamingo Campground.🦩The campsites were spacious with plenty of room for big rigs, TOADs, boats and “elbow room” between neighbors.🏕️ With only electricity at the sites, there is an easily accessible dump and water full station located within the park. The bathhouses🚿were spotless and probably some of the cleanest we’ve ever seen, which made for a comfortable shower despite only one being solar-powered☀️for hot water. We visited the Guy Bradley Visitor Center located near the marina and lodge. The marina was our favorite hangout spot to grab a cold beer🍺, view the wildlife including manatees, crocodiles🐊 and birds🐦 all while trying to survive the vicious bugs.🦟 We look forward to returning again!
