POTATO STUFFED CUTLETS 🥔🍠

Potato Stuffed Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients:

Potatoes (boiled & mashed) - 3 medium (about

400 g)

Salt - ½ tsp

Black pepper - ½ tsp

Garlic powder - ½ tsp

Onion powder - ½ tsp

Red chilli powder - ½ tsp

Ghee - 1 tbsp

Cornflour 3 tbsp

Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tbsp

Cheddar cheese (cut into small cubes) - 80 g

Egg - 1, beaten

Bread crumbs - 1 cup (for coating)

Oil - for deep frying
Step-by-Step Recipe

Prepare Potato Mixture:

In a mixing bowl, add boiled & mashed potatoes.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chilli powder.

Add ghee, cornflour, and parsley.

Mix until smooth and dough-like.

Shape Cutlets:

Take a small portion of the potato mixture (about a golf ball size).

Flatten it in your palm, and place a cube of cheddar cheese in the centre.

Gently cover and shape into round or oval

Coat the Cutlets:

Dip each cutlet into the beaten egg.

Roll in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.

Frying:

Heat oil on medium flame.

Fry cutlets in batches until golden brown and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per side).

Remove and drain on tissue paper.

Serve:

Enjoy hot with ketchup, chilli mayo, or garlic sauce.
