Dobrinya agricultural activity :
Our agricultural activity in the Lipetsk region, close to the Dobrinsky sugar factory is well diversified and integrates lots of activities to produce sugar beet, cereals & grains for human and animal feed, and milk.
Indeed, we cultivate about 65 000 ha of land, and employ about 750 people locally.
In order to manage this integrated agricultural activity, increase production yield, and take care of our land:
- we rely upon our people and develop them to embed a high variety of skills & competencies such as agronomy, maintenance, animal care, logistics, modern agricultural machinery driving; and
- we invest in modern agricultural machinery (harvesters, seeders, etc.), storage facilities, and computerised management systems.
