Fuchsia Dunlop: Writer and Expert on Chinese Gastronomy.
Dunlop was the first westerner to train as a chef at the Sichuan Institute of Higher Cuisine in Chengdu, Sichuan, China.
Now she has her new book,Land of Fish and Rice,discovering Jiangnan cuisine.
