Do You Need a Big Lens to Be a Pro Bird or Wildlife Photographer?

Do you need a big lens to be a pro bird or wildlife photographer? Big lenses are great, but you can indeed do pro quality bird and wildlife photography with smaller, cheaper telephoto zoom lenses. In fact, these zooms can help you to take even better, more compelling photos. I talk about two particular telephoto zoom lenses in the video, but there are of course plenty of other options out there for different camera systems. Bottom line, if you don’t have a big, expensive telephoto prime lens, don’t let that stop you from taking awesome photos of your favorite bird and wildlife subjects!
