The plaintiff says the defendant is her niece. She says she loaned the defendant money to pay for cosmetology school but has not been paid back, so she’s suing. The defendant says she was going to pay her aunt back in full. The defendant alleges her aunt went to her house, threatened the defendant’s ex, stole the defendant’s car, and destroyed it.
