Buffalo Cauliflower
Break Cauliflower into florets and toss in buffalo sauce and garlic powder. Bake on 450 for 20 minutes or until crispy. You can broil it at the end to make it extra crispy.

Garlic Roasted Broccoli -
Cut broccoli into chunks or use a bag of florets
Steam in a steamer tray for about 3 minutes until bright green (dont let it get soft)
Add 1 tsp garlic powder
Juice 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp garlic salt and red chili flakes
Toss to coat in the seasoning and bake on 450 for 10 minutes. You can broil it at the end to make it extra crispy.

Mixed Veggies with Vegan Feta
Use any mixed veggies you like but I do chopped zucchini, mushrooms, onion, sliced tomatoes, and bell pepper.
Toss veggies in 1/4 tsp garlic salt and goddess seasoning or a little Italian seasoning. Air fry on 400 for 10 minutes.
Top with vegan feta, I like the one from trader joes but follow your heart has a good kind as well.
