Open Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice Calc.

Click on cell C5 and verify it in the Name Box.

Type your first name in A1, your surname in B1, and your class in C1.

Save your file as: 'My First Spreadsheet'.

(No computer? Draw a 5x5 grid on paper, label columns A–E and rows 1–5, and shade cell C3!)

📝 Your Assignment:
Draw a labeled diagram of the Microsoft Excel window in your exercise book. Label at least SIX parts and write a sentence explaining the purpose of each part.
