U.S. Immigration Court video advises detained immigrants of rights
The U.S. Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) started using videos to advise immigrants of their rights during their first court hearing.
In this video, U.S. Immigration Judge Christopher Santoro explains the purpose of immigration court proceedings and rights of detained immigrants appearing before the court.
