Energy 2.0 Friends Edition 3/5/19

So we had a friend come hang with us tonight. Ash told her that we were just hanging out low key and doing a workout, but she was welcomed to join in. And the cool thing is...she said it sounds cool! Beka is a good friend of ours that we hang out with pretty regularly, and she’s a huge supporter of what Ash and I are working towards. She came over and got on the mat with us and went through Energy 2.0! Feels so good to be able to share this experience with great people!
