Toy Tank RC Conversion Part #3 RC Servo DC Switch

PART #3 This focuses on using an RC servo to operate two DC switches
...I get lots of requests to make tanks. I am not ignoring them but the problem with tanks when you are using cheap components sourced from bargain stores or broken toys you don't come across many useful parts for making the tracks or the drive trains. The option is to buy proper hobby grade items or hunt for toy tanks. Many cheap toy tanks have fake tracks and use wheels hidden underneath. This toy tank has 'real' tracks so when I saw it in a charity shop I knew I had to buy it.

Generally my projects are for my grandchildren to enjoy. OK, I enjoy them too. If anybody else likes them, that is a bonus. I like to keep my work as simple and basic as possible so that it can be copied easily and improved by anybody who wants to try themselves. I recycle or repurpose items rather than buy new and when I do buy I like to keep it cheap.
