ACHIEVABLE BLUE EYESHADOW TUTORIAL USING THE NEW JACLYN HILL PALETTE

This Jaclyn Hill Palette has been so hyped and I was so excited to try it out. I went totally out of my comfort zone and did a blue eyeshadow look for you guys. I think that is the neat thing about this palette – you can do a day time neutral eyeshadow look, a full on glam eyeshadow look and everything in between. This Jaclyn Hill palette also offers you warm and cool tones as well as bright pops of color, which you will see in this video.
