If you're making koozies / can coolers as wedding favors, then you will love screen printing them with vinyl rather than using HTV (heat transfer vinyl). This process works great if you're making these for family reunions or large groups. Screen printing with vinyl is faster, easy, and produces a lot less waste. For this how to project, you'll want to use a hinged screen so you can easily line up the koozies with your design. I show you how to use registration marks to line up the coozie perfectly every time. Even if you've never screen printed with your Cricut before, you can totally do this! It's really easy.
