MASS TAKE-OFFS OF US & RAF JETS@CONINGSBY 2020 (airshowvision)

Coverage of an incredibly busy day at RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire, England, as the Royal Air Force host a number of USAF jets alongside their own Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft.

Pretty good Autumn weather brought out all the big guns and they launched over 20 jets in around an hour in the morning then repeated it again in the afternoon with the jets in the air for well over an hour & only on the ground for an hour or so - emphasising the RAF's ability to launch mass formations and also how the reliable the Typhoon aircraft is these days.

The visiting jets from the US were F-15 Strike Eagles, on a 3 day exercise at various UK airbases.

This video clearly shows the changes made to the RAF Coningsby site since my last visit 15 months ago, and also includes the new 12 squadron jets marked up to show the collaboration between the RAF and the Qatar Emiri air force.
